Frequently Asked Questions
- HOW DO I START THE ADMISSION PROCESS?
- Entering treatment can begin several different ways. For State Consolidated Funding, you may call your local human service agency for a Rule 25. This can then be sent to the treatment center of your choice. You may call Recovery CR and an Assessment can be scheduled with one of our clinical staff. You may contact your insurance company for instructions on how to access an assessment and referral.
- DO YOU PROVIDE MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES?
- Recovery CR is licensed as a co-occurring program through the Minnesota Department of Health. We have licensed professional clinical counselors on staff. There is also the opportunity to continue or access mental health services in the community.
- CAN I HAVE VISITORS?
- Visitors are encouraged after the initial stabilization period. Any items brought in for the Client must be cleared in advance through your counselor and left in the office prior to being given to the Client. Purses, bags, and backpacks are not allowed and need to be kept in the visitor’s vehicle. Visitors are subject to searches and a breathalyzer at the request of Staff. If there is suspicion of use by Visitors, the visit will be automatically terminated.
- CAN I MAKE CALLS?
